Pagination wp_link_pages WP Navi or any custom doesnt work

Hello! Do you guys know how to solve that? I want to style “Page 2 of 12 and Next and Previous on top and or bottom of my page. But for now I only can let it working both for pages (bottom only) and posts and using 1, 2, 3… It can be difficult for the reader to know where he or she is.
