Paging Does Not Show on the Front Listing Page

  • I want this page to only show 10 listings at a time and the display page numbers at the bottom. But when I change the value in the settings to 10 the page at https://cheshire-directory.co.uk/business-directory/ shows only 10 BUT WITHOUT THE PAGING.

    How do I rectify this so the Front Page and other pages that use the Shortcodes show only 10 and then page numbers.
