Paging in Dashboard>Appearance>Menus>Categories>View All

I am having an issue where when I goto my categories section to add them to the menus it will not advance to the next page so that I can ad those categories also.

I have tried deactivating plugins, trying different themes and no such luck.

I have a very extensive set up of menus and it is imperative that the categories work. I have seen one other topic on this but the moderator offered no solution and no one had listed any suggestions on the topic.
