Boa noite

Por favor , vejam se podem me ajudar a resolver este problema , essa semana sem eu realizar alguma altera??o no site , um cliente mencionou o erro abaixo:

PagSeguro: Um erro ocorreu ao processar o seu pagamento, por favor, revise os seus dados e tente novamente. Ou entre em contato conosco para obter assistência.

Ja tentei de tudo e n?o consigo resolver , vi a faq do plugin do Claudio Sanchez , revisei tudo e ainda persiste o erro
