as I said, I have contacted you through your support system twice and have heard nothing back! I have started two tickets. I would be more than happy to take this offline – as i clearly desired as i delayed several days in posting here – but need a response from you.

I will get with our IT department and go though all the filtered mail. If we do not find it, what would you suggest as a resolution to this issue. Are you able to send the link again so that we know when it is hitting our mail servers?

Apologies if I am missing something obvious, but if I do not have the download link from you for the product, how do I know what my account log in information is? Without having to create an account, I was able to purchase the product and got the receipt from paypal. I do not have anything from NextScripts.

Ok. I used the email associated with the purchase and seem to be getting the information that I need. Thank you for your help.
