Paid add-ons, 7 days after i opened a ticket, still “on hold”

Hi,

I was already dispappointed about the huge quantities of bugs of the core version of the plugin. After 2 updates, there still a lot of troubles… I’m forced to corect the bugs your plugins is creating by injecting JS scripts, CSS cache, mysql edit, on my own.. BUT it’s not the point of my post here.

i’ve bought the google add-ons on your website. I activated it, followed all the documentation.. And it just don’t work.

My API Key are sets : the autocompletion for adress of zip code while submitting an event are working, BUT :
– on the front end, the map displays the middle of the pacific ocean
– 0 event is shown on the front end map
– on plugin settings, when i “test APi” with your button, i always get errors : Google Places API: This API project is not authorized to use this API.
Google Geocoder API: This API project is not authorized to use this API.

Facing this issue, i created a ticket on your website one week ago. One week ago since i provided all details, screenshots of the issue, error codes from javascript console, ….

One week and my ticket is “On hold”… What a hell is goign on ? Not even an answer, a question or a tips ?

Help appreciated, but sorry this is not really serious for premium customers..
