    After paying for the add on licenses(life time usage without updates) and using it for over a year we have been facing a constant deactivation of the plug in’s for months. We have raised support queries and have been made to go in circles with new reasons and fixes and blaming the hosting provider. But the issue keeps repeating. I guess the only fix is to renew the licenses if you want to use the add on’s.
    A sad state of affairs.

    Thank you for the review. This is not a general issue. There were a few cases and all were fixed by simple checking the updates using [check update] button in Dashboard > Update admin page. Your case is specific. We think something is wrong with your server PHP configuration and cURL. It cannot check the plugin.
