  • Edit: the issue was resolved swiftly. I haven’t had a chance to use the pro plugin yet but I mainly got it so I could show the chat window on only one page. Seems good though.

    Old review: Hi, I’m pretty upset and wonder if the developer has abandoned the plugin but I paid and then was told I’d get a download link for the pro edition and it never came. I emailed the contact person on the receipt and got no response. Very concerned, frustrated.
