Paid but no access

I’m in beta testing on https://www.webuypinball.com/games-for-sale/
I had someone join yesterday who paid (via paypal I got the email) to join, but now has NO access to the games for sale. When I go under “members list” I see “No members found”.
What have I done wrong?
Also, can I now create a user and add him… seeing that he has paid? If so.. where and how?
