    Are you using the latest of version of PMPro on both sites? There were some recent updates that could affect this possibly so make sure you’re using the latest version (1.7.11 right now) and see if that fixes it.

    This could also be some kind of plugin or theme conflict so you can also try deactiving your plugins one by one and switching to a default WordPress theme such as twentyfourteen to try to isolate the issue.
