Paid Customer – No Support

We use WHMCS and recently came across this plugin.

We installed it, made some testing, opened tickets with the developer;
The 45 days for the trial pro version have passed, we had no reply from the developer;
We applied to a prorogation of the pro trial – since, for weeks, we’ve had no replies – the prorogation license was suspended and we were forced to PURCHASE if we wanted to keep the integration working;Now the most serious issue of all is an issue that has already been reported here:

This is a critical issue as customers cannot proceed with checkout if they can’t add a domain;
We’re paying customers for a plugin that apparently has no support no replies, we weren’t confident in paying the Pro version after the trial but this issue is fatal to business, what is happening??We need urgent support for this.
When a customer search for a new domain from the bridge URL it takes its time to search with the spinning circle, but it shows as searching and no result is shown.
When searching directly from the whmcs client area without connecting to the bridge it works fine.
