• We use WHMCS and recently came across this plugin.

      We installed it, made some testing, opened tickets with the developer;
      The 45 days for the trial pro version have passed, we had no reply from the developer;
      We applied to a prorogation of the pro trial – since, for weeks, we’ve had no replies – the prorogation license was suspended and we were forced to PURCHASE if we wanted to keep the integration working;

    Now the most serious issue of all is an issue that has already been reported here:

    We’re seeing 5 months this was reported and no reply;
    This is a critical issue as customers cannot proceed with checkout if they can’t add a domain;
    We’re paying customers for a plugin that apparently has no support no replies, we weren’t confident in paying the Pro version after the trial but this issue is fatal to business, what is happening??

    We need urgent support for this.

    When a customer search for a new domain from the bridge URL it takes its time to search with the spinning circle, but it shows as searching and no result is shown.

    When searching directly from the whmcs client area without connecting to the bridge it works fine.

  • subedinfo, You can try WCAP in this case, it is based on WHMCS API, and WCAP will not fetch the whole WHMCS client area as it (like in the case of WHMCS-Bridge). Instead, it communicates with WHMCS in the background to transfer only data over Ajax. And then renders the data using standard WordPress techniques, hence giving your options to change the look & feel as needed.

    Also, their support is good, normally replied within a few hours.

    Dear Zain, I appreciate your comment, however we tried WHMCS-Bridge again due to problems with WHMPress. I actually would suggest that you spent some more time replying to the support tickets of WHMPress and fixing your issues, rather than be here promoting your product that is only as good as WHMCS bridge:

    WCAP:
    – Many client options are unavailable;
    – Admins and specialist support agents are unable to “login as owner” because WHMCS offered the feature, but WHMpress thinks they know better so you remove Client Area options because in your vision those options/features are probably useless.

    Checkout and order pages:
    – had an issue with multi-page checkout so you suggested I used the one page checkout, the previous issue was never fixed;

    I actually have a ticket with issues on how the prices were displayed, that you also never fixed, it’s a ticket with 78 replies that lasted over 3 months open to no avail.

    Also, your plugins are constantly throwing PHP warnings, make the website slow with a noticeable low performance and creating higher requirements for log handling due to this.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
