Paid for commercial and support doesn’t exist.

    Pay over $340 for a plugin suite that doesn’t work! 2 months no and no support so I figure its time for a negative review.

    Their free one works fine. Wanted a little more abilities and figured the paid one had to be better. It is NOT. I will definitely never renew.

    Hey @cmshostingllc, thanks for reaching out –?even though it was via a negative review.

    I’d like to get to the bottom of this, what name did you submit your premium support ticket under? We can’t find anything under net30hosting.com at all.

    We clear all our support requests daily and haven’t seen any tickets going into spam for the past 3 months matching this description.

    Would be great if you can expand what is/isn’t working and if you can also provide more info on name or company name you submitted the request with that would help me track it down.
