• I bought the premium version. opened the ticket one month ago, opened another one with different other problems two weeks ago. no response or support at all.

  • Don’t hold your breath. I actually stumbled on your comment while searching how to cancel my subscription to SNAP. I have a 3 month old ticket in my queue they never responded to about Facebook continuously resetting, trouble with LinkedIn, and why the AutoPoster never works. I’ve used this for 4 years now, and it has gone downhill quickly and dramatically. If/when they do finally respond to support, it will be either “clear your cache and tell us if that helps” and then they will never respond or follow up. Else it will be be some BS about how it’s not their fault, it’s the platform changing their APIs (which is, of course, precisely what I am paying a plugin developer to deal with so I don’t have to). Cut your losses now and find a different solution. You may pay more elsewhere, but you’ll save time, money and headaches in the long run.
