Paid for License 11/2023 for one year – saying expired can’t contact support

I paid for futurio pro in 11/2023, it’s saying my license is expired, but it shouldn’t be, it hasn’t been a year. I’m unable to contact anyone by any means because it thinks I’m expired.
Will not renew if I’m only going to get 6 months of use for a one year license.
