Paid for OnePage Express Pro Upgrade but didn’t get the upgrade

I paid for the upgrade to pro but didn’t receive instructions on how to upgrade, a confirmation or anything. I’ve emailed numerous times to the support email and received no response. How do I activate the upgrade?
