    While I paid for the plugin, the multiple accounts ability offered in the commercial version is broken and the developer refuses to fix it (at least where using different categories is concerned). I have opened several tickets on this issue which are all being ignored. Fair warning to those considering buying the commercial version for the purpose of using multiple accounts. Expect the support to be erratic or nonexistent and that several touted “features” for the plugin will be broken.

    OMG. I answered you probably 7 times, but you keep opening 5 absolutely the same tickets per day.

    YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED IN THE NEXT RELEASE! We can’t make it any faster!!

    That’s bizarre, I haven’t received any responses or notifications, that’s why I kept opening new tickets. (checking tickets now)

    Ok, the last response I see from you was 02/01/2013 12:38 pm, for ticket #560073. I haven’t seen any response since then for 2 weeks, and there are no responses to any other tickets I’ve opened after that. ???????

    I apologize for ticket spamming, but I haven’t received any indication that the problem was being worked on for 2 weeks. If you definitely sent me at least 7 responses there must be something off with the ticket system.

    yah i have one question too in the forum, but seem like admin is too busy or miss my thread …. he can reply other but just can’t locate my ….

    I don’t pay a lot or worth your time commitment for me, but i think a “NOTED” response as min …
    If my question is too silly or too sallow to reply, than u should understand, not everyone in ur level ……

    sonny, it’s better to open a ticket (the link is in help tab of the SNAP settings page) since that’s how you’d receive official support, though the ticket system might be buggy since I haven’t been able to view some of the developer’s responses. YMMV
