    Hello,

    My client purchased your Plus plan last Friday so we could connect your plugin with her Google Calendar, but we haven’t received the plugin.

    She did sign up for an account, but your website says her password is no good. We need help getting the Plus plugin so we can install and activate it. Can provide the Profile ID.

    Please help!

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    My client said she sent two messages to that customer support email over the past few days, but has yet to hear back from anyone. Did her emails not come through?
