Paid for Plus, but never received

Hello,
My client purchased your Plus plan last Friday so we could connect your plugin with her Google Calendar, but we haven’t received the plugin.
She did sign up for an account, but your website says her password is no good. We need help getting the Plus plugin so we can install and activate it. Can provide the Profile ID.
Please help!
