Paid for pro – Broken plugin – No help from support

The auto block function will block white listed IP’s so it blocks you from your own website even though you are using static white listed IP. Asked developers for a refund or for them to fix this. They refused refund and have not fixed the plugin so the pro version for me has been a waste of money as I cannot use it and they have not fixed it. I even provided a video to show the issues but they are now just ignoring my emails so will have to use another solution and accept that I have lost my money. Would not recommend.
