• I have been hit with two renewal fees this year. One in April for 14.50 which I believe is for the initial add-on I purchased in April 2016. Then in June 2016 you offered limited time offer to upgrade to Pro-license for $74.50. Which I took advantage of. The second renewal fee hit in June for $74.50 which is for the Pro-license that I upgraded to on June 10, 2016. When I logged into my account to check on why I was getting hit with two renewal fees I found that my Pro license is set to inactive/revoked which is odd since I just got hit with the renewal fee and I never cancelled it. And my initial add on is the only active one. If I am paying for the Pro-license renewal fee why is it inactive? That definitely explains why I couldn’t take advantage of the other add-ons recently. Can you turn it back on?

    The vendors are the best resource for support of commercial products. Also, as the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    I have tried that. They will only allow you to submit a ticket if you have the pro license. Which I am paying a renewal fee on a license they revoked by accident. I have the add on license but the support for that expired. I tried getting a hold of the author a week ago through an old email support ticket a week ago but no response. So this was my last ditch effort. I will try one more time through email again. Thank you.
