Paid for Pro, Never Received It

    I had been using the free version for a while and had no problems. Decided to upgrade to Pro, paid for it, and the download link 404’d. No confirmation emails, no response from support, and their affiliate site was unable to create an account for me. So as of now they took my money and provided nothing in return. Anyone else had this problem?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
