Paid for pro plan, but Easy Digital Downloads is still locked

I paid for the pro plan to use the Easy Digital Downloads integration to offer downloadable products straight from google drive. However, after multiple page refreshes and playing around with the plug-in, EDD integration is still locked. How do I solve this issue, or what could be causing this?
