Paid for PRO Version – License does not work

Simply put, I paid for the PRO version of this plugin 5 months ago and the license key will not validate.
I have sent in 5 support tickets to W3 with no response.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, has anyone else experienced this issue ? If so please reply to this ticket and I will include you in the BBB case.
I feel as if the W3 team could care less about their users and their customers.
