    I paid $200 dollars for the plugin setup fee to have one of the plugin members configure the plugin. I paid on the 10/21, set up the credentials on 10/22 for you guys then heard nothing. I’ve sent 3 emails asking for an update and ETA for when you’ll configure my site. No response at all. I haven’t heard from you guys in 10 days, and this is After I paid. The only reason I’m coming to the WordPress support forums is because over the past 10 days I’ve responded to your email (twice!) – no reply, and went onto your website and submitted a form fill (there’s no actual phone number or contact information) – No reply either.

    Can I please receive a Refund for my order or some sort of communication/confirmation that you will actually be doing the service that I paid for? 10 days is understandable from a delivery standpoint, but the fact that I have had 0 communication about and eta, or that you’ll even do the service is unacceptable.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
