    I just paid for the site cleaning service. I’m trying to fill out the information, but when I hit the “encrypt and send” button, nothing happens. All that I get is a loading animation.

    Also, WordFence never issued any sort of email or other communication directing me how to go forward with things. All I see is a PayPal charge for the site cleaning service. I was expecting an email with my new WordFence login and API stuff.

    I would post all of this in the premium support forums, but I have not received an email instructing me how to upgrade my account.

    Can anyone please assist me with moving forward with the site cleaning service?
