Paid Help Needed – Tweaks and Plug-ins

Hi All,

I’m looking for a RELIABLE WP techy that can help me with several WP projects from time to time as needed.

Currently need the following changes and upgrades for my blog that was designed by Podz.

1) Tweak design to add 2nd Sidebar to far right of page.

2) Add the best “related posts” plug-in

3) Change index page to show excerpts only & click to read the full post.

So really fairly basic stuff. But want someone good and reliable as I have other projects after this one.

Please only reply if you can show good reports or testimonials about your services here or elsewhere so I can be sure you know your stuff.
