Large files don't upload:(

We’re using this plugin on PixcApp.com For some reason, it’s not accepting large files above 10MB. It doesn’t show any error messages, the file just disappears suddenly once the progress bar gets to the end. I’ve set all the PHP upload vars to 100MB so that shouldn’t be the issue.

I’m happy to pay someone who’s familiar with this plugin to help.
