Paid membership pro

For some reason the paid membership pro I have isn’t working correcly. I installed it correct . In the Payment Gateway & SSL Settings I’m using paypal express with live production. I plugged in the Gateway email, API username, password and signature . I put the IPN handler URL into my paypal. I even signed up for the paypal enhanced version. For some reason it still isn’t working for me every time I test it out or have someone else test it out with there credit cards or make a general purchase it doesn’t go fully through. Every time we go to complete the purchase it says “Profile description invalid” with the my signup page underneath so it basically takes me back to the beginning. Can someone please help me because I really don’t know what else I am missing. Is it because my wordpress is the free version? Please help with any suggestions.
