• Hi, I am using Paid membership pro plugin and I have a recurring payment level. When I click on “check out with pyapl” button, It goes to sandbox paypal site, I can login but the receives this message.
    “Sorry — your last action could not be completed
    If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

    If I do not use recurring payment levels then it works fine but for recurring levels it is creating problems.

    Here is my backend settings for “payment gateway and SSL” option.
    Payment Gateway = paypal standard
    Gateway Environment = Sandbox/Testing
    Gateway Account Email = [email protected]
    Currency = US Dollars
    Force SSL = No

    Please help me what the problem is? thanks

  • Hello. Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. We have had issues with PayPal Standard in the past, especially related to subscriptions. Generally, we recommend our members use PayPal Express unless there is an explicit reason for using Standard. However, at the moment, you will need to check the PayPal logs to see if there were any errors recorded so we can get a better handle on what the problem might be.
