Paid Membership Pro, Constant Contact add on

I cannot get this Constant Contact add-on plugin to work with PMPRO.
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. No emails in admin email box.
I ran debug from cPanel and this is what I received.
I am not sure what to do. I apologize. You might want to try the main PaidMemberhip plugin form instead.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/Constant contact might have updated their API which has a habit of breaking plugins.
A Zappier integration might accomplish what you need if you can’t get this working.
