Paid Membership Pro Payment Gateway error

    Hi Support,

    We are using a Paid Membership Pro plugin with Paypal Pro / Paypal payflow payment gateway. When we submit the checkout form then we are getting an error

    “Void error: BC0P3CA75C86 has already settled A partial payment was made that we could not refund. Please contact site owner immediately to correct this”.

    Correct Live credentials are added on the plugin of this Paypal pro payment gateway method.

    Can you please help us in fixing this? This is very urgent.

    Hi Divya,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    Please can you confirm that you have the recurring billing service is enabled in your PayPal account?

    If you try to checkout with PayPal Express does this issue also occur?
