PAID MEMBERSHIP PRO Questions

With the paid membership pro plugin, I need to pay hundreds of dollars just for a few questions. I have a couple questions but I’m hoping someone on these forums can help me.

1. I need to make approximately 60 free premium accounts for people who are advertising for me, what’s the most efficient way to do this and will they be able to change password & email?

2. Some people are telling me that they aren’t getting an email when they sign up, what can I do about this?

3. Why can’t people choose their membership type on the “Register” page?

4. Why can’t people create their password at registration?

5. Will members receive an email every time I post something new?

6. How can I have more control over email settings?
