    Hi, my site offers two paid memberships ( monthly , yearly) which allow access to content. My site has a reoccurring issue with both subscriptions, where a customer will have paid for content and have an active membership, but will be constantly redirected to payment and not allowed to access content.

    Hi @dezebruce,

    1. ?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and let us know what version of the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin you have (you can also send us a screenshot with the PMS plugin from there)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members -> search for a member that encounters this issue -> now click on his name -> and send a full screenshot from there (you can hide the information like the email, name, from the screenshot)? Please do this step for 2-3 members that have this issue.
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page where you encounter this issue -> scroll down until you see the PMS Content Restriction meta-box and send a full screenshot from there?
