Paid Memberships Pro emails when linked with Woocommerce

You can edit the confirmation email that goes out to members via this plugin:

Note that there are different templates based on if the level is free or paid or if they checked out with PayPal.

If you want a different link per level, you can add the link to the confirmation message for the level and then use this code in a custom plugin or your active theme’s functions.php to add the confirmation message to the confirmation email:
