  • Hi Tim,

That is very strange. I’m not able to replicate that on my end. Here are some questions I have for you:

    • What version of Paid Memberships Pro are you using?
    • Do you use SSL in admin or login?
    • Do you have other plugins that redirect to/from SSL/etc…?
    • Can you/did you try disabling all of the other plugins?

If you’d like to sign up for support on the PMPro website, you can find more information about that here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/pricing/.

We typically can fix issues very fast under the “Do It For Me” plan.

    Hope this info helps!

Tim and Scott, for this kind of issue (redirect/SSL-type issues which are usually due to plugin or theme compatibility) we will fix them under the $97 PMPro membership as well if that is the only issue. Just sign up and share your WP and FTP creds with us and we’ll get it worked out.

Whenever possible, we try to improve PMPro to anticipate and avoid these issues, but it’s impossible to catch all cases.

    Hi Tim,

I’m going to mark this as resolved.

    Thank You

I am getting the same error in the sortcode page with [pmpro_account]

You should tell us what is the way to fix this issue rather than sign up for membership support in your site.

    Thanks

I had the same issue and here is the resolution that helped me:
You need to set membership levels first, then go to “Page settings” and click on the top of the box to “click here to let us generate them for you”. Afterwards you’ll be able to use your site without getting the redirect loop error.

    Cheers
