    Hi @csgosmurfnation

In order to assist, you will need to provide some more information.

Please provide a screenshots showing the order notes for one of these orders.

What is the payment method? It all the same or different payment methods?

    Thanks

Hello, we are experiencing the same issue here, and it seems to occur randomly.

    Hi @remy31130

Can you provide some screenshots of the order notes?

What version of the plugin are you using and what version were you using when this occurred?

    Thanks

In the meantime, we had to manually complete the orders.

    Version 3.3.71

Regarding the version used when the order was placed, I can’t really tell you. Is this already a bug that you have fixed?

No but it’s good practice to always keep the plugin up to date with the latest version.

I see there isn’t any charge ID information in the order notes which would indicate that either your customer closed their browser before WooCommerce completed the redirect to the thank you page or something is conflicting. Was this for a 3DS payment?

    Thanks

Did any of the orders that were incomplete require 3DS?

Was 3DS requested for the second card? Or just the first?

<font _mstmutation=”1″></font>For the first card, a Visa, 3D Secure was required. However, for the second card, a MasterCard, 3D Secure was not required.

I am not able to recreate the issue. It appears you may have a plugin that’s interfering with the finalization of the order data once the payment is processed. I don’t see anything here that would point to this being a Stripe plugin issue.

    <font _mstmutation=”1″>I have a code that modifies the meta:</font>

    add_filter(‘wc_stripe_payment_intent_args’, function($args, $order) {

Could it be coming from this?

And for what reason would this occur on some orders and not on others?

I don’t know, you didn’t include the full code snippet so I don’t know what that custom code is doing.

And for what reason would this occur on some orders and not on others?

I don’t know; if it’s caused by a 3rd party plugin (likely) then it depends on what their logic is that’s resulting in that behavior.
