• Considering this is a paid plugin it might be nice if you actually put that on the main page and included your plan options. Hiding the cost isn’t a good way to develop trust with your users.

The Plugin author is very user supportive and has an excellent plugin. I am updating my review based on the interaction after my original post.
This plugin is being used on a Non-profit Habitat for Humanity website.
Thank you for providing this functionality to help our organization.

    Hello,

Thank you for your message! We’ll introduce a short description of each service plan on the main page of the plugin.

There are already references to the paid plans in our plugin information (e.g. all 6 FAQs refer to upgrading or downgrading the plugin) and the service plans are described on the front page of our website, captainform.com. We also do provide a free plan, that is perfectly functional, but without advanced functionality, like payment integration.

We’re sorry about the two-star review, but thanks for your feedback!

    Best regards,
    The CaptainForm Team

Thank you for the quick and positive response.
Is there a way to change my rating on the review?

    Les,
You can try this… go to the main plugin page.

Take a look at the ratings box there. You should see a spot that says “My Rating”. Click on that – it should take you to where you can change the star rating and your review content.

btw, you’re to be commended for being willing to change it!

[this form plugin looks pretty cool!]

Dave, thank you for your comment. I thought the same thing about the Plug-In author. He could have gotten defensive about my comment but he said he understood it and was going to add the plan pricing/description to the main page. This shows someone that is willing to listen to users and improve both the presentation and the Plug-in.
I’m working on the Plug-in now and will be adjusting my rating. Thanks for telling me how I can do this.

Thanks, guys, for your good thoughts!

The directions in which we develop both the technical side and the marketing side of CaptainForm are based on user feedback, as you are the ones who make use of the plugin and can give the most objective and relevant opinions.

The plan descriptions will be added at the next plugin update. And the steps indicated by Les for editing reviews are correct.

    Best regards,
    The CaptainForm Team
