Paid Plugin Is Not Working & Support Never Replies

My Ultimate license is still active and I keep getting this error message :
Download permission for WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Ultimate has been revoked possibly due to a license key or subscription expiring. You can reactivate or purchase a license key from your account dashboard.

I have tried deleting my API keys and have reinstalled it – not working, still getting the above error.
I have tried installing it on a new WordPress installation with basic theme and plugins – still not working, still getting the above error.
In fact, I have been facing this issue since the day I installed this plugin which was somewhere in July. I thought the issue would be rectified but till now, the problem still persists and you guys are not even replying to tickets.
