Paid Pro Version doesn't work

Paid for the pro version less than 12 months ago and since you changed the pricing model and made people slaves to your new web interface, my toolbar is now useless.
Signed up using the new website with the same email address linked to my PayPal account but still only have access to the useless free version. Please arrange a refund immediately.
Very disappointed.
