Paid Pro Version is now useless…

What do you think of the version in the repository here? The review section is not for the commercial product.

If you have a problem with the pro plugin author then you need to take that up on their site.

This version is the only one accessible since they remodelled the plugin, making the pro version inaccessible to those that paid under the old pricing model.

I have taken the issue up with the developer through several means but no response has been forthcoming. This is in fact the same plugin, the pro features are visible but not accessible until you authenticate. But only if you are recognised under their new website authentication system as a pro user are the additional features unlocked.

Hi Demetersrest, We just sent you the old pro version plugin by email. Your email seems to not be working as its shooting back to us that it wasn’t delivered. We never stopped the old plugin from working, you replaced it yourself with this one and you didn’t have to delete the old one. But anyways, please give us a correct email (so we can try sending again) and Please remove this negative review if you are satisfied.

Regarding your comments about causing my own problems regarding the new plugin. I had to reinstall/redownload my site and plugins, it wasn’t a decision of choice. You should make mention of the old pro version with your plugin information for those that need to re-download the old version for whatever reason. Having no information about it on your site makes it unnecessarily difficult for your users.

Please provide a download URL if you are still experiencing issues sending it via email. I am sure I would not be the only paid PRO user that would find this useful.
