Paid Project: MS Word doc from WP form input

I have a client who needs MS Word files created dynamically from user data entered into a WordPress form.

The MS Word file will exist as a template, with form field entries mapped to corresponding fields in the MS document.

I will be purchasing Gravity or Formidable Pro for the form engine based on the preference of the developer selected for this project.

There will be at least 3 separate document / forms in this project. The forms are long, but the mapping should be fairly straightforward – i.e. this form entry goes to this document field.

The forms do not currently employ any conditional logic, but that may change.

This project will start no later than July 1, 2011.
