Paid properties with wp-property

Hello Forum,

I’m using WordPress and WP-Property on my Real Estate website and would like to add some additional services.

What I would like to achieve is:
1. A person would like to sell his/her property on our website.

2. He/she would register and make a payment for example for one month.

3. When the payment is made (for example via paypal) he/she is able to log in with password and id received in confirmation email OR he/she is able to log in with same id&psw he registered and made the payment with.

4. He would be able to log in and add, edit or delete his/her properties but would not be able to see any other properties on backend.

5. After the one month has passed the property would be hidden unless another payment is made and more time purchased.

Any suggestions is this kind of scenario possible with WordPress ?
