Paid registration option (PayPal Button)is not showing

Hi

Thanks for your plugin, I have set the registration page and paypal info but when I enable “Any one can register” in wordpress settings it only shows the registration form and not asking to pay for membership even though I have set up the membership fee.

Please let me know how can I redirect the visitors to paypal after they fill out their info.
