How do I capture a street/mailing address from registrants…?
WP has some street address fields, and so does MailChimp.
The only solution I’ve found is the Form Builder premium addon.

When someone pays to join our organization we need to collect, record and maintain the following information:
First Name √
Last Name √
Email Address √
Street Address
City
State
ZIP
Phone number
Date joined √
Date payment expires==== We’d also like to collect:
Family Member First Name
Family Member Last Name
