    Hey!
    I Started using this plugin a while ago, and I wanted to try out the reminder module, so I paid the subscription and Twilio. SMS’s are being sent for Approved schedules but not for Reminders.

    I have the reminder config set at 2 hours ago, 1 hour ago and nothing. Also under “notifications” Reminder is turned on with SMS checked, format Text

    Title: “Reserva en BLCK”
    Body: “Hola! Este es un recordatorio de tu reserva en BLCK. Nos vemos hoy a las [bookingTime]
    Si tienes alguna dificultad te pedimos avisarnos a través de instagram ;)”
    Also using the latest version possible, just updated yesterday
    Sorry this is in spanish, but I’m trying to give all information possible.

    Hello,

    The reasons why reminder emails may not be sent include:

    1. If there are few visitors to the website where WordPress is installed, WordPress events may not be triggered every hour. In such cases, consider scheduling the execution of wp-cron.php in the server’s crontab.
    2. The reservation status for the customer may not be set to “Approved.” Reminder emails are only sent when the reservation status is “Approved.”
