Paid Support

Hi Folks,
I hate it when I think I am a pain in the neck but I paid for support over the past week asked to have some timeframe or notice that I am in the que via the support system and email. I have called to leave messages and I feel like its a dead end because I haven’t heard anything from anyone in over a week. I don’t want to look like a fool to my clients.
Can someone at W3 reach out to me and let me know my money hasn’t been wasted and give me a time frame?
I freaking love this plugin, please help me!
