    I have a paid subscription, but creating tickets is failing (no confirmation emails).
    Neither a response on the contact form of the developpers…..
    I desperately need support, so what is happening with them?
    Do they still exist?

    Hello David,

    On 16th and 22nd I filled the form to make a support ticket.
    But I didn’t got automatic replies, so no ticket ID has been made.
    Seems there is a problem in the ticket system.

    Regarding my problem / request:

    Clients need to be able to search through their orders.
    Currently they see a few orders with only details ordernummer, date, status, total amount
    If they are looking for a specific product they ordered, they have to open all orders one by one.
    Some clients have many orders, so that is not workable.

    How to add a search function in the My Account > Orders?
