    I noticed that when I am updating product price or stock quantity from Hippoo app, the Hippoo app is deleting my Brand Attribute.

    Why is it happening so?

    Please do not change my attribute of Brand.

    Hippoo app typically does not modify other product properties, but this behavior might be related to how WooCommerce’s API handles updates. Some brand-related plugins store attributes differently, and an API update might override them.

    To investigate further, could you share the name of the plugin you use for managing brands? This will help us determine if there’s a compatibility issue or if we need to adjust the update process.

    We have not used any plugin for creating brand attribute. The attribute is created in basic setup of Woocommerce.

    We only access the Brand attribute via Bulk Editor plugin. “BEAR – WooCommerce Bulk Editor Professional v.2.1.2”

    It is annoying to see that I have to assign Brand attribute to the product every time when I am updating Price and Stock quantity from Hippoo app.
