Paid Version not working

I recently paid for the form builder plugin thinking it would resolve my issue with not being able to view all my form entries and instead the plugin does not work at all. I can view the form from the front end on my website, but there’s nothing on the back end. I can’t see the form or the entries to edit them. I can’t even create a new form. Help is needed immediately as I must retrieve the entries for a children’s event this weekend. I have sent messages through the plugin website support form with no response. I’m hoping to get some help here.
