Out of box not working

Our support staff has asked for the System Status Report multiple times which you can find at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit).

Can you please share that with us so we can help you resolve this issue?

There is no error on my side as I mentioned before.
I am getting 500 error when connecting to connect.woocommerce.com api call.

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report!

It is indeed odd that the system is trying to redirect and calling connect.woocommerce.com on your end.

I tested the connection process on my end and I see no such API calls:

You can see that when you paste the Square keys it tries to connect with the Square platform and NOT connect.woocommerce.com

Can you please make sure you’re following the steps mentioned here in the documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/ ?

If so, can you please share the steps which are leading you to this error?

It is so weird. I was working with FireFox and constantly getting 500 error from connect.woocommerce.com.
I tried with Chrome now, it is working as expected.
