So I’m working on a site using the Pique theme and I can’t for the life of me get the panels option under theme options. All I have there is Menu Settings

  • Hi there,

Do you have Jetpack active? If so, there was a conflict between Pique and the plugin’s Extra Sidebar Widget’s module that has been fixed in a recent update. Please could you try updating to the latest version of Jetpack via Dashboard > Updates?

Let me know if you’re able to see all of the Theme Options after updating.

If the problem still persists, please try deactivating your other plugins one by one to test whether there is some other conflict. We can troubleshoot further from there.

    Thanks!

I seemed to have fixed it by disabling some plugins. All is well now. Thanks.

Perfect! If you figure out which specific plugin was causing the conflict then please do let us know. We can then attempt to replicate and work from there on a more permanent fix.

I am having trouble finding the panel option as well. I can only see menu options under theme options. I have updated Jetpack and have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the plugins I have active. I was able to see the panels option when I first installed the theme but it has since disappeared. Any ideas how I can get it to come back?

@jonpyephd: Can you try deactivating all of your plugins one by one to see if that resolves the issue?

If you can’t find a plugin causing conflict, please start a new thread on this forum via this link:

We’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further from there.
